It is innovative curvilinear architecture won several design and development awards. We codesigned this project with multi-awarded Argentine architects Lier & Tonconogy. Full concierge services are available and there is bicycle storage on-site.
Residences at Regatta at Indian Creek feature floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchens with raised granite countertops and stainless steel high-end appliances, high-efficiency air conditioning and heating system, and a washer/dryer. Bathrooms come with marble flooring, designer fixtures, and European style bidets. Residences have large private balconies with water views.
We designed and developed the project using private equity from international investors, delivering a good rate of return after the project was completed and the pre-sale buyers closed their units. .
