Fernando Levy Hara is a principal and co-founder of Aventura, FL-based Unico Developers. He serves as a Principal and Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Broker and Founder of Unico Realty, LLC, one of three separate divisions under the company umbrella. His previous ventures include co-founding Mckafka Development Group in 2009, founding G&D Developers in 2001 and working as a designer and developer in Buenos Aires from 1988 until 2001. During his career Levy Hara has succesfully developed and/or rehabilitated over 4 million sq.ft of commercial and residential developments.
He is a contributor and guest columnist for several real estate publications and is often called upon for authoritative commentary on real estate panels and seminars. Also, in 2010 he co-author the book “El arte de financiar proyectos inmobiliarios” (The Art of financing real estate projects) , published in Argentina by Bienes Raices Ediciones.
He is currently an Executive Board member at Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center, instructor of International Deal Negotiation and International Real Strategies at Harvard School of Design - teaching classes not only in Cambridge, MA but also in international destinations such as Dubai, EUA; and sits on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board.
Jaqui Levy Hara is in charge of the Accounting Department and leads the Property Management and Leasing teams for Unico Developers. She specializes in Quickbooks and Rent Manager, using them as valuable tools to streamline the accounting and management reports for the investors and provide them with all the information they require. She also manages the coordination of the tax returns, bank accounts and company maintenance for more than 120 investors, facilitating a fluent communication with all of them, which provides the investors a sense of trust and reliability.
Jaqui Levy Hara has a Degree in Language Therapy from the University of Buenos Aires and completed a Certificate in Accounting at Miami Dade College in 2018.
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
