It includes a 100,000 square feet covered parking, 24 Hour Access, Air Conditioning, Atrium, Onsite Bank, Controlled Access, Fitness Center, Security System, contemporary lobby with 25 height ceiling, Wi-Fi and front desk concierge. We codesigned this project with multi-awarded Argentine architects Lier & Tonconogy.

Our business plan was to design and develop the first project with office units for sale, when all the rest of the offices in the area were for rent only. The project was an immediate marketing success, preselling 75% of the office space in just 5 months. It became the signature high class office building in the area and pave the way for other condominium office projects in the area.
